SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69 An Act                                
relating to designating flunitrazepam as a schedule IVA controlled             
substance; and providing for an effective date was read the second

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without
